Mr. Elliott has been engaged in the general practice of law since 1978, with significant emphasis in Residential and Commercial Real Estate; Zoning, Planning and Land Use Law and Litigation; Municipal Law; Easements and Boundary Law and Litigation; Civil Litigation; Commercial Law and Litigation; Uniform Commercial Code.
Mr. Elliott has more than 30 years of experience as a Pennsylvania municipal solicitor, serving the Borough of Glendon Borough and its Planning Commission since 2012 and the Township of Bethlehem and its Planning Commission from 1990-2009.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (section member for Real Estate and Probate Law and Municipal Law); and the Northampton County Bar Association.
