Mr. Elliott has more than 30 years of experience as a Pennsylvania municipal solicitor, serving the Borough of Glendon Borough and its Planning Commission since 2012 and the Township of Bethlehem and its Planning Commission from 1990-2009.

Baker Trust, New York, New York, for "outstanding qualities of character, responsibility, and motivation" and for "a high degree of recognition by contemporaries."

He is admitted to the practice of law in all courts of the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System (the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; the Superior Court of Pennsylvania; the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania; all Common Pleas courts); the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (section member for Real Estate and Probate Law and Municipal Law); and the Northampton County Bar Association.
